• Dragonfly Meditation Studio

    Dragonfly Meditation is a secular (non-religious) mindfulness based studio which offers meditation instruction, drop-in guided meditation groups, special workshops, retreats, and yoga classes. Dragonfly welcomes all religious and spiritual traditions, as well as beginners to experienced meditation practitioners. We are located in Mequon, Wisconsin, a suburb north of Milwaukee.
