    The position of Positive Education Trainer and Content Developer reports to the Director of the Geelong Grammar School Institute of Positive Education.  The School has been a world leader in the development and application of Positive Education, based upon the principles of Positive Psychology.  The position is a key member of a small team of multi-disciplinary professionals who undertake research and develop curriculum, learning materials and courses.  The team also facilitates training programmes for the School (students and staff) and external organisations, primarily within the education sector.

    The successful applicant will have a strong background and experience in research, psychology and/or education and high level communication and presentation skills.  Ideally, the successful applicant will possess a knowledge of the principles of Positive Psychology and/or Positive Education.  If you have aspirations for an exciting career involved in an innovative programme dedicated to the development of Positive Education resources, then this unique role will provide the challenging career opportunity that you seek.

    Remuneration for will be in accordance with the Geelong Grammar School’s Salary Scale.
